Terms and conditions

1. Please ask questions to clear your doubts before ordering. Email me at vivioprincess@yahoo.com.sg or you can use the tagboard and I will respond asap.
2. Please check for stock size and ensure stock availability, if not stated, it will be free size.
3. Preorder stocks will only be ordered when my collection reach the number of items I have stated. I am doing this as the more items I order at a go, the cheaper the shipping cost. It will benefit you!
4. If you can’t wait for the arrival of the item, please purchase from the Ready Orders instead.
5. There will be 2 payments
   
   Preorders Ready Orders
   1st Payment $10 deposit before making order Full cost of item
   2nd Payment Remaining cost of item + Local Local Postage*, envelop,
   Postage*, envelop, bubble wrap, bubble wrap, any
   any excess, etc. excess, etc.
   * If you are doing meet-ups, please make arrangements with me beforehand. If you meet-up as arranged, there will be no local postage charges. There will be additional $2 charge if you did not turn up at the 1st meet-up as arranged.
6. If the order is out of stock, I will refund back your money. For Preorders, I will refund the $10 deposit you had paid before making the order.
7. AFTER I have made my order to the supplier, no asking for refund for wrong purchase of mistake make by the buyer and no changes can be made to your items thereafter.
8. No payment = No order
9. Currency = Singapore dollars SGD$
10. Mode of distribution:
    - Meet-up at my convenience
    - Normal postage / registered postage (cost will be incurred by the buyer = second payment)
11. First payment should be paid BEFORE making the order
12. Mode of payment:
    - POSB ATM Transfer :
    POSB Saving Account (209-00955-2) before making an order.
13. When the stocks are ready for collection, I will email you to decide if you prefer meet-ups or delivery.
14. 2nd Payment has to be made and notify me of it before I will send out the items or meet-up for collection.
15. If you do not respond to my emails after 3 weeks, I will not be responsible for the stocks, and there will be no refund of your payments.
16. After you have successfully transfer the 1st payment, email me to make the order with the following format of order: *make sure everything is correct before sending me the order
